ANXIOUS ATTACHMENT STYLE

The regression was so liberating. I found out and understood from where my fears and my beliefs came from, so after that, it was easier to make conscious decisions about what I’m thinking when I experience anxiety or fear.  Right after the regression I already felt more at ease and relieved.

The meditation you created for me is beautiful and powerful. I loved listening to it and I’m sure that I’ll continue doing it for more days.

Please rate the degree to which the Presenting Problem   is now resolved (out of 10, with 10 the problem being completely:

I rate it with 9.

My problem was partly resolved. I do believe that the will power and choosing consciously to think differently and to act differently than before is very important, so during time it will become natural.

 I received a big part of my desired outcome, but definitely I got work to do on my own as well.

After having the therapy and listening to the meditation, I feel calmer and happier, I’m not that anxious or fearful anymore and I feel that my relationship with my partner is healthier than before.

Please include all major changes to your behaviour and state of mind:

I feel more at ease on day-to-day life, I trust and love myself more, I think better thoughts during day, I’m having less anxiety episodes and even when I’m having them, they are easier to manage and they are not that intense like they used to be.

Thank you so much Nika for being patient with me while I tried to explain what my problem was and for helping me removing a big part of the burden I was caring for so long.
